Han Khim is the founder and director of Han Group Ventures, a private holding company directing six independent companies from Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
He founded Han Studios in 2023 as a cinematic production and marketing company for Southeast Asian businesses, then built Han AI as the operating system behind it — a governed AI layer that captures how a business runs and executes recurring workflows consistently. Han Group Ventures was formed in 2026 to house both companies alongside four others: Han Recommended, Indexed, Summer Skin Lab, and Studio OS.
Each company operates independently under its own name, voice, and client relationships. Han directs across all six as a single founding hand.
